We are currently seeking:
Feed/Forage Lab Supervisor [5868BR]
IN - Indianapolis

Position Purpose:
As a Lab Supervisor in our Feed/Forage lab (called Sure-Tech), you will manage our Lab Technicians and also the various resources of our lab, such as:

o Ensuring efficient systems
o Instrumentation
o Equipment
o Environment
o Lab safety
o OSHA compliance
o Customer service
o Data quality
o Lab procedures
o Quality control systems
o Compliance.

Required (Basic) Education/Experience:
To be considered, you must have a 4 year degree in the sciences.
and 4+ years supervisory experience.

Required Competencies and Other Skills:
o Staff management
o Lab management with feed and forage chemistry background
o Familiarity with feed lab processes
o FoxPro software and other computer courses.

Preferred Education/Experience:
Graduate degree or commensurate experience.

Chemistry/math/natural/agricultural sciences with application and/or commensurate experience in agriculture, animal nutrition, feed manufacture or animal science.

Travel: 20%
