Job Description

Responsibilities of the HR Education Consultant include the following:
The skills required are:


- Conduct performance analysis to compare actual/ideal performance levels, and identifying when education is/is not an appropriate intervention to address a performance gap. Help clients and stakeholders to question their assumptions, determine their needs, and plan implementation strategies for achieving their goals
- Managing multiple projects by assessing, planning, negotiating, organizing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation process.
- Deciding what combination of instructional methods, presentation methods and distribution methods will best deliver the education to learners in the call centers. Outlining and creating instructional materials that are suitable for electronic dissemination.
The skills required are:
- Instructional design to create adult learning classes that achieve effective business results and have sustainability passed training.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timeframes by assessing, planning, negotiating, organizing, monitoring and evaluating the delivery process.
- Performance Improvement consulting with internal clients and key stakeholders to identify opportunities and strategies for improving performance.
- Applying emerging technologies and adult learning concepts for e-learning applications. Proficient and proven experience developing interactive eLearning using tools such as Captivate, Articulate, and Flash.
- Applying effective verbal and written communication methods to achieve desired business results
- At least 5 years of experience in Instructional Design/Human Performance Improvement
- Project Management skills, including maintaining project plans for assigned projects, and the ability to meet project quality and schedule commitments.
- Proven problem solving. The ability to look carefully at all aspects of a situation to identify and develop the most effective and efficient solution... a holistic approach
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to communicate at multiple levels and with people in varied job categories across organizational boundaries. Excellent technical writing skills
